Children's Book Illustration
Concept

I start with your project's theme and the story you'd like to tell. The early stage begins with exploring and designing the visual look and style of the characters and setting involved.
After doing a first pass over your story, I set out to make rough sketches for each scene, and adjust as needed to fit your project's vision. I welcome new styles.
My illustrations are unique and one of a kind. I specialize in traditional medium such as watercolor and ink and profit from the versatility of also working digitally. As our projects are not ordinary, you can expect a unique and recognizable story.
I’ve independently illustrated, designed, and
prepared two of my own children’s picture
books for print, giving me experience across both illustration and production from concept to finished, print-ready files. Your story deserves not just the unique visuals that the Bear & Ivory studio is known for, but the visual design that pulls it all together.
I am very proud of my 5+ years of experience concieving and illustrating Childrens Picture books, and it is my aim to raise the bar with each project I complete. I am eager to take on new challenges and expand my creative capabilites on each project.
